Rates, Terms and Conditions

We have a different rate structure for our Business and Home Clients. This is because the value received by the business customer from our services is greater. Consequently, the standard business rate is too often not justifiable by the home user, and we had to tier our pricing as a necessary condition of doing business with both markets.

If you’ve done any comparison shopping, you know that our pricing is very attractive… and WE DON’T CHARGE XTRA FOR TRAVEL!

Rates

• For Business Clients, the TCS labor charge is $24 for each 15 minute increment, with a minimum of one hour, or $96 per hour.

• For Home Clients, the TCS labor charge is $19 for each 15 minute increment, with a minimum of one hour, or $76 per hour.

• There may be other equipment charges necessary to complete the task. These will be agreed to by the Client prior to installation.

• If emergency service is requested and delivered, there will be an Emergency Fee of $300 in addition to the standard hourly fees for a 3 hour response, or $200 for 6 hour response.

• Off-hour rates (other than 9:00am - 6:00pm, M-F) will be charged at time-and-a-half the regular rates.

• There is no additional travel charge.

Payment is by cash, check, invoice, or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover) upon completion of an on-site visit.

Terms and Conditions
Both Business and Home Clients must sign a standard Agreement prior to TCS beginning a work project. Basically, due to the complex nature of computer systems and the unknowable status of any particular system, we must be released from liability. Contact us & we will be happy to send you either the Business Client or Home Client Agreement.
